A set of modern oak interior doors were brought in for full refinishing. The customer needed the doors to be colour matched to fit seamlessly with the rest of the home’s interior, while also improving their durability and finish.
Description: The doors were first inspected and carefully prepared by sanding back the original finish. Once smooth and clean, the oak was sealed and colour matched by hand to achieve a consistent tone across all panels. Finally, a semi-matt lacquered finish was applied, protecting the wood while highlighting its natural grain and warmth.
This meticulous process ensured the doors not only blended perfectly with the customer’s interior but also offered long-lasting protection with a contemporary look.
